Lake Tahoe

Last weekend, I went to the 'Lake Tahoe' for the field trip. I was worried about it because I had no company before going to there. When I got up in the early morning, I was concerned whether I go to there or not. However, I packed my stuff and go out to field trip because it was an opportunity to go to Lake Tahoe for free and if you go to there, you need a ride to get there, but I don't have a car and even I'm underage here, so I cannot drive a car. Anyway, I met my friends when I got a pick up place. I was very surprised. I got on the bus with my friends and it took about 2-3 hours. Finally, I arrived Lake Tahoe, but the weather was awful. It was raining and freezing. The weather was almost winter. The first spot to sightseeing was like a plaza...or street. I don't know exactly, but it was also awful because I came to Lake Tahoe for seeing beautiful and awesome mountain view, but what I was looking was just a place for shopping and eating. I was totally disappointed.. and the next spot was the beach. Just beach. I couldn't see the mountain which is covered with snow on the peak because the weather was foggy, so the fog covered the mountain. What..? I took pictures sand beach. It was not enough to feel Lake Tahoe. I want to go there to see the beautiful scenery. Really want it!!!

Winery with Gina

Dear diaryToday was very spectacular day. Gina and I have been Placerville to go wine party with Gina's parents. The things that come into my head whenever I meet them are they are so nice and kind. They prepared the winery ticket for me. Gina rode them a wine party and then, Gina and I went another wine party. It was awesome! The house was located in good environment such as many trees, mountain which covered with snow on the top, and fresh air. The house also played a live music and some people danced outside. They had three courses to drink wine. First, before coming into the house, drunk two kinds of wine with cheddar cheese on the outside. Second, tested three kinds of oil that served with some pieces of bread and ate with different kinds of wine. Finally, we drunk three more different kinds of wine. It was bit and strong to me. I don't remember what the wine's name are, however, I can remember the house's atmosphere. I felt exactly the American atmosphere. Culture. Everybody enjoyed wine to stand in front of bar table and talked each other even they don't know before they meet. We went back to the place where we drove her parents. The house was very antic and unique. Looking pretty. One of the American cultures that I've experienced in the U.S. is that people who invited a party bring food like finger food. I think it's a great culture. And they had a kind of lottery event. People brought a present for lottery. I announced the lottery number. Although it is not special thing, I was trembled and shy because.. I don't know. Just. People was so kind. When I was being such a shy girl, they encouraged me. After I ordered the lottery number, people gave me words of encouragement like great job. Anyway, it was great time. If Gina didn't invite me, I would never have a party like that. I could not forget this experience. Thanks, Gina!

Character-Kate Reynolds

Character Introduction

Introduce my movie character Kate Reynolds. Kate is American, she has deep blue eyes, thick eyebrows, sharp nose and long blond hair, but 13 years later she has short haircut. Kate wouldn’t mention her age, but I guess she is around 32 years old. She is an easy-going person and cheerful. She always keeps smiling and she has a cute smile. Her job is nonprofit lawyer, but she was pleased with her job. However, a few years later, she gets another job for money.

Life Experience

Kate lived in a little city in New Jersey. Jack and Kate were a very happy family. Jack loved his family. In the Christmas morning, Jack disappeared when she woke up. When he came home, he said “I live in New York and I’m not your husband and have not kids.” Jack was satisfied with his life, but he complained a lot about his life because he was a salaried worker of tire shop and he did household chores. He was living a normal life. Jack thought if he left for London 13 years ago, he would have succeeded. When he said this, this was incomprehensible and she was confused.  He said “I’m not what I am now.”However, Kate didn’t look suspicious. Kate accepted that everyone has a dream of their own. Jack came back to earth and he found her because he felt love for her and his family. When she almost left for Paris for her work, Jack told the whole story about what he experienced.

Conclusion

When Kate heard the story from him, she didn’t leave for Paris. I think she has not forgotten him for 13 years. In the future, Kate and Jack will love like that 13 years ago. Kate will contract marriage with Jack. She will have a child and family just like the world that Jack experienced. Then, she will live a content life. After I watch the movie, I realize that the love and family far outweigh the fame and fortune. While watching the movie, I was happy. I thought that I wanna get married. Images from the movie still lingers in my mind. What words impressed me most is “You’re a better person than I am and it made me a better person to be around you.”(in the movie) If someone tell me this, it will support them.

Life Experience

I would like to tell you about my life experience. When I was 11 years old, I accidentally was a member of a wind ensemble group. The group belonged to my elementary school. The elementary school name is ‘Ha-Dong’. I didn’t know about wind instruments, and I didn’t care for this at all because I had to learn a violin. The thing is, before I played a trumpet, a leader instructed me to play clarinet, so I almost played the clarinet. However, I was intrested in a trumpet because the trumpet’s sound was great. So, I asked a leader for playing a trumpet. Eventually, I was allowed to play a trumpet. I was very glad to play it. Before I played a trumpet, I was not interested in trumpet, I was interested in a violin. After I played a trumpet, I began to like orchestration. My favorite orchestration is ‘Mussorgsky : Pictures At An Exhibition’. A trumpet sound is very impressive. I am interested to learn a new instrument. I learned a guiter when I was a high school student. Besides, I make a talent donation to elder at the sanatorium. It is a good thing that I played a trumpet in my life. Thank you for reading.

After Graduation

I would like to talk about after university graduation. If I do graduation, I would be 23 years old. I’ll be in the bloom of youth! I want to be a hotelier in the future. I need to beef up my resume first. The career is very important to me. I have two plans after graduation. First plan is that I’m going to learn Chinese. I’m interested in Chinese, and now I’m in Chinese class in this semester. After graduation, I hope to learn Chinese in detail. Second plan is to begin a hotel internship. I expect I will intern for a year or two years. Now, I’d better not be lazy, and put in hand for my dream.

Doraemon

I’ll introduce about ‘Doraemon’. ‘Doraemon’ is Japanese cartoon. It began in 1969, and it has been loved until now. The main character is Doraemon and Jin Gu. We know that Doraemon has a blue body. However, he used to have a yellow body but his ear got bitten off by a mouse. He cried and his body changed into blue. The fun part is Doraemon’s skills because they are amazing. Doraemon takes out various tools in his pocket. The tools that appears in the animation is about 2,400. I think the best item is ‘wherever door’. If he opens the door, he could go everywhere he wants. If I was Jin Gu, I would have traveled around the world. ‘Doraemon’ came out the movies a lot. At the past, I cried when I watched the movie. It impressed me. I really want to recommend the last season of the movie ‘Doraemon Stand By Me’. Thank you for reading.

Okinawa Travel

Last winter vacation, my sister and I celebrated the Lunar New Year and traveled to Okinawa in Japan. We took an airplane, it took 2 hours to get there, and we stayed for four days. Okinawa was spring and flowers were blooming. The wind was rose, and it was rather chilly in the evening. Okinawa has so many famous places. Cape Manza and Kourijima is the filming location for Korea dramas. Churaumi Aquarium is the second biggist aquarium around the world. This place is famous for its scenery and dolphin show also. Okinawa was like Jeju Island in Korea. It’s such a beautiful country, so that I was sorry to come back. I hope to visit this country again with my family.
